recently informed us that he may not be able to join us. This has
opened a spot in the incoming class (study starting this fall, 2009)
which we would like to offer to you.

We know this is very sudden and the admitted applicant has not reached

admitted to enroll to IUJ.
Please see the attached file.

Your admission procedure is not completed yet. So,
please pay attention to e-mail and kindly follow our
instructions.

1. Please let us know your postal address immediately
so that we are able to send documents.

2. Please visit Japanese Embassy immediately for visa.
Before you go to Japanese Embassy, please read carefully
"1. Certificate of Eligibility" in the attached file "Cover letter".

3. (IMPORTANT)
Certificate of Eligibility is valid for three months.
You need to enter Japan within three months after Certificate of
Eligibility is issued. Therefore, you need to enter Japan by Sep.
29. Please read Notice at the bottom of certificate.

4. Students dormitory is available from Sep. 25. Your room number is
SD2-216.

5. Admission fee (Non-refundable)
Please kindly transfer 50,000 yen (admission fee) as follows.
